Position title: Director of Children's Ministries (Application Deadline March 11, 2013)
We are looking for a full-time Director of Children’s Ministries to lead our discipleship and outreach programs to children (infants-4th grade) in our church and community. This person must be highly entrepreneurial and possess strong team leadership and administrative/ organizational skills that will enable him or her to provide direction and oversight for discipleship and personal ministry to children and their families; lead, train, recruit, and mobilize a large number of volunteers and part-time staff; and work with the Pastor of Adult & Children’s Ministries and other staff to launch children’s programming at a second worship site.
