Saturday Reference Librarian & Substitute Reference Librarians - Avon Free Public Library. Saturday, Sunday and Substitute positions available at Avon Free Public Library. One Reference librarian position wanted for Saturdays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, rotating every third Saturday at the Avon Free Public Library. Two Reference Librarian positions wanted for alternating Sundays from January through March 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Also, substitute reference librarians wanted to work as needed, days, evenings, or weekends at busy reference desk. MLS required. Must have excellent people skills, a strong commitment to customer service, knowledge of print and electronic resources, Internet and computer software. Public library experience and working knowledge of SIRSI library system a plus. $25.46 per hour (no benefits associated with these positions). Deadline is 4:30 p.m. on October 25, 2012.
