Senior PC Technician: Robert Half Technology is in hot pursuit of a Senior PC Technician to join our clients team for an upcoming long term contract position. We are looking for a motivated Senior PC Technician that is able to work with limited supervision and meet predefined objectives to find solutions to difficult issues. The Senior PC Technician will be responsible for maintaining day to day operations: set up, configuration, and troubleshooting of office computers. (hardware and software) They will Analyze and troubleshoot the error logs and track the nature and resolution of problems. Candidates must be open to shift and days.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior PC Technicians need to have:
•-Need to have current A+ certification
•-In depth knowledge of Windows XP and 7
•-In depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite 2007 & 2010
•-Excellent oral and written communication
•-2+ years experience with desktop and printer hardware and software support.
•-Responsible for installing , configuring, testing and troubleshooting PDAs
•-Ability to work with other team members to resolve critical problems in a high pressure, time sensitive environment
•-Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
•-Point of Sale trouble shooting a plus
