Librarian (Part Time) - Meriden Public Library

Librarian (Part Time) - The Meriden Public Library seeks a 20 hour/week Librarian. Applicants must enjoy working with people of all ages, have excellent communication and computer skills, and knowledge of new technologies. Flexible schedule a must, some nights and weekends required. MLS from an ALA-accredited school or a Bachelor’s Degree supplemented by graduate level courses which will lead to the Master of Library Science Degree within two years of employment. Hourly rate begins at $21.28 with generous step increases in following years. Benefits: Prorated vacation and sick time, city pension. The City of Meriden is an EOE.
