Business Banking Spec (safe) - Cushman at Alaska, This position is located at the Cushman Store in Fairbanks and will be 40 hours per week. This position also includes a 5% geographic differential added to base pay. Do you have a passion for seeing small business customers succeed? Like providing expert advice? Our Business Specialists have an exciting opportunity to actively build relationships and help grow small business customers financially. In this position, you will provide a full range of business banking services to customers with an emphasis on business products; actively cross-sell additional business products such as loans and cash management products through referrals to partners; pro-actively call on potential and existing customers with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customers' financial services business; consistently profile all customers to uncover needs for services to increase products per household; develop and maintain relationships with Wells Fargo partners to maximize sales opportunities; meet and exceed assigned quarterly sales goals; conduct market industry research for market trends that impact customers business and spot opportunities to provide financial services. Annual Certification may be required. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years business, retail sales and/or customer service experience. Minimum Qualifications: Proven ability to achieve sales goals and build relationships with customers. Demonstrated use of PC skills. Good communications skills. Outbound sales experience. This position requires S.A.F.E. registration at the time of employment.
