The Bethany Library Association is seeking a full-time Library Director who can plan, organize, and expand services in Bethany, Connecticut, a rural community of 5,575 residents. The Board is seeking an applicant who possesses a Master’s Degree in Library Science and has a broad range of skills in current library technologies. Candidates should have experience as a professional in increasingly responsible supervisory/administrative positions. In addition, the applicant should be able to plan innovative and creative programs responsive to the needs of the community.
