This position works as a member of the Building Information Services (BIS) department in providing the technical and professional services required to implement Building Information Modeling (B.I.M.). B.I.M. will be used by numerous University constituents (UAPD, CA, and others) for various strategic purposes.
In addition to implementing B.I.M., this position will collect space related data, and provide continuous studies, analysis, evaluations, plans and recommendations. The position will serve as the leading B.I.M. expert for BIS, Construction Administration, Facilities, and other campus constituents working with B.I.M. technologies.

- Minimum of AAS two (2) year technical degree with a minimum of three (3) years in an architectural environment.
- Minimum 2 years Revit experience required (working knowledge of Revit, not just training)
- Minimum 2 years 3D modeling experience required
- Must have strong PC and CAD skills as well as efficiency in utilizing computer software to complete duties.
