Annual Salary : Salary between 39 and 48 K€
gross over 13 months (to justify), 21 days of extra
leaves (RTT)/ year, restaurant vouchers of 8 €
(60% covered by ACF), complementary health

of public transportation fees

Role:
In the Department of Operations, you will
responsible for defining and implementing
strategies and policies regarding the safety of
goods and persons within the ACF missions. In
addition, you make a watch and a
thematic follow-up on all intervention areas of the
organization.
Key areas of responsability:
Define strategies and policies regarding the safety
of goods and persons;
Check and ensure compliance;
Develop and update management tools, security;
Supervise the Security Service (1 person);
Train and educate expatriates in charge of
security: Country Managers, Heads of Logistics
Department;
Represent ACF externally in working groups,
seminars and forums;
Conduct field visits in case of an emergency or for
security audits.
Qualifications and Experience:
Msc in Political Science, International Relations
and Humanitarian Action;
Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in security
management in a humanitarian context giving
you a thorough understanding of the issues and
skills in risk management, in particular
concerning the safety of people;
You are known for your ability to work in
multicultural teams, as well as your ability to
manage stress;
Good communicator, will promote best practices
in safety and are equipped with proven writing
skills;
French and English are required.
