CV's MUST be able to demonstrate the

following:





Experience:

African Experience – preferably familiarity

with business start-up in austere

environments

Preferably ex-Military / Police experience

(Africa / developing world)

5+ years experience in a business and / or

operational senior management position.

A track record of success in business

leadership. An emphasis on sales, marketing

and complex operations management is

critical and the ability to run a business unit

and have P&L responsibility.

Customer-facing and sales-orientated, allied

with strong operational discipline, with

responsibility for driving the business in a

fresh and innovative direction.

Ability to develop long term strategic

relationships with stakeholders in

government, commercial and development

organisations.

Experience in establishing medium-term

growth strategies and strong operating

mechanisms for performance.

Knowledge of the development and

implementation of policies and procedures.

Experience living and working in a

professional commercial capacity overseas,

preferably in a hostile and low infrastructure

environment
