Position: SEC Reporting Manager

Job Description:
KLA-Tencor seeks an SEC reporting manager with the following primary responsibilities:
• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings including Form 10-Q /10-K and related supporting documentation.
• Prepare HTML and XBRL versions of SEC filings using the WebFilings cloud-based SEC filing tool.
• Assist in the preparation of other SEC filings such as Form 8-K and registration statements, as required.
• Prepare quarterly reporting package for management.
• Assist with SOX compliance and internal and external audit.
• Analyze new and proposed accounting standards issued by the SEC and the FASB to determine the impact on the company and implement new accounting standards as required.
• Provide technical expertise for US GAAP and SEC regulations and draft technical memos illustrating guidance and conclusion on complex transactions including M&A.
• Ad hoc projects

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment, and to make well-reasoned and timely decisions.
• Must be flexible and be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints.
• Detail oriented
• Organized, able to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment, with exceptional project and time management skills
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills across multiple levels, functions, and locations
• Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to get things done.
• Experience working with large global public company
Minimum Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Accounting
• CPA
• 8+ years of experience including 5+ years of experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm in the Audit practice.
• Thorough understanding of SEC filing requirements and US GAAP
• Strong Excel skills
