Security Manager

Location:  - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description
- Ensuring compliance of company’s policies and procedures related to corporate security function.
- Risk and Threat Analysis - Physical security per se and suggestive mitigating measures
- Incident reporting – Cases of process deviation & physical security related.
- Investigations – Incidents involving Fraud, Integrity, process violation, work place violence.
- Vigilance – Keep monitoring vulnerable / areas of company’s interest.
- Hands on knowledge of Electronic security and safety equipments like – CTV, Enterprise level Access Control System, Fire and Intrusion detection systems, portable fire extinguishers, HHMDs.
- Review the effectiveness of security systems; interact with external agencies for effective protection of company’s property / business interests where ever a new unit is set up.
- Conducting training programs to employees and security personnel on security awareness, Fire fighting and response during emergency situation.
- Coordination with Security Agency and Spearheading activities pertaining to selection, deployment, training and grooming of security staff to ensure their maximum utilization. Administration of security personnel, keeping record of attendance and processing monthly invoices.
- Responsible for developing good intelligence network across the centers and deducting cases of shrinkage/ pilferage/Malpractice and carryout anti-corruption investigation and preparation of reports. Evaluate, analyze and organize independent investigations into various activities covering the business interests of the company.
- To liaise with various central, state and other private agencies for effective coordination for enhancing overall surveillance and vigilance functions.
- Coordinating with operations for smooth flow of work and control of shrinkage at different level.

Skills

Desired Candidate profile.
- Experience: 8 – 12 years
- Age: 30 – 40 years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Should be conversant with –
o statutory / regulatory compliances,
o laws / regulation pertaining to – complete gamut of security function including third party employee benefits,
o Civil Defence – Health, Safety, security and fire preventive etc.
o Good knowledge on all modern security gadgets.
- Military / paramilitary background preferred
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills, public relations and inter personal skills.
- Proficient in using computer applications.
- He should be physically fit and effective team leader.
