Lead Pastoral Assistant
We are looking for a man to serve along side of our lead pastor. Some of the primary ways will be through leading worship and focusing on discipleship, as well as several other tasks. This position is a ground floor position in hopes of building a faithful church in this area that is dedicated to making disciples and raising leaders up through a variety of means.
This position may start paid or grow into a paid position depending on the individual. The pay for this job is more about an opportunity to serve and be used of God in a journey to serve God's people. We are a smaller church in great need of someone to simply come and serve with a heart that desires to make disciples, and that wants to come in on the ground floor of an opportunity.
