Executive Assistant/Scheduler -- House Member Personal Office

Executive Assistant/Scheduler – Senior PA Republican seeking Executive Assistant/Scheduler with previous experience as a scheduler on Capitol Hill or Executive Assistant in the private sector. The ideal candidate is highly confident, possesses strong people skills with exceptional attention to detail, is comfortable working in a demanding environment, proven written and oral communication skills and demonstrates maturity and judgment. Pennsylvania ties a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: process all scheduling requests, invitations and events for Member’s calendar for DC and district; respond to all invitations, either by written email correspondence or by personal telephone call; maintain office contact lists; make travel arrangements; handle Member correspondence; ensure the Member is provided with briefing materials for each event by coordinating with event participants and the appropriate legislative and/or district staff; and assist with other executive assistant/office manager duties as assigned . Salary commensurate with experience.
