Responsibilities:
The Product Marketing Manager will:
1.Direct the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
2.Monitor the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace.
3.Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
4.Oversee market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
5.Establish pricing strategies.
6.Interact with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing, n+1, and n+2 product(s) or product line(s).
7.Lead new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
8.Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Employees matched to this job family should have responsibility for managing people in addition to product responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Prefer advanced degrees (MS/PhD/MBA)
2.From Semiconductor equipment companies, we need strong experience defining/designing Inspection tools in an engineering or technical marketing capacity.
3.From Fabrication/Design companies, we need engineers and technical marketing professionals that work closely with our customers to identify/correct defects and improve yield in a manner that shapes current and future versions of our tools and technologies. Specific experience in fabs includes Process, Process Integration, Yield Engineering, or Defect Engineering.
4.Product Marketing Experience
5.Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to influence others
6.Experience shaping market-leading products and/or core products of company
Minimum Qualifications:
PhD Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience.
OR
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
