Job Description:
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for implementing and characterizing subsystems on the REBL electron beam lithography system, and designing improvements as needed.  Their primary responsibility will be to qualify an optical alignment system capable of measuring wafer location with nanometer accuracy, and to integrate with the system to allow accurate lithographic patterning.  Additional responsibilities may include alignment and characterization of electron beam optical systems, characterization of electron beam cathodes and guns, and system troubleshooting, noise analysis, and noise reduction.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate for system engineering should have a broad range of skills including optics, electrical, mechanical, and laboratory measurement techniques.  Experience with Matlab or LabView required; C programming is a plus.  Experience with vacuum equipment is required; experience with electron beam equipment such as TEM, SEM, EBL, or FIB is preferred.  Candidate should have an advanced degree in applied physics, electrical engineering, material science, or a related field.

Minimum Qualifications:
Doctorate (Academic) with at least 2 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience.
OR
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
